What this covers

This site does one thing: it takes your email address so we can tell you about librrary. This page explains what we keep, who else touches it, and how to get it removed.

What we store

When you sign up we store your email address, the time you signed up, the time you confirmed, and the time you unsubscribed if you do. We also store two random codes tied to your address, one for the confirmation link and one for the unsubscribe link. Nothing else is attached to you.

Your address is only added to the list once you click the confirmation link. If you never do, the signup is deleted after seven days.

What we use it for

Emailing you about librrary. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell the list, share it, or use it for anything else. You agreed to this by signing up and confirming, and you can withdraw that at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who else handles it

The list lives on a server we run. Email is sent through Resend, which sees your address in order to deliver the message. The website is served through Cloudflare.

Our emails contain no tracking pixels and the links in them are not tracked.

Server logs

Requests to the signup service are logged with the sender's IP address, which is used to rate limit abuse. Logs are kept for a short time on the server and then discarded.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep a note that your address unsubscribed so that we never email it again by mistake. If you would rather we forget the address entirely, write to us and we will delete the record.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@librrary.appfrom the address in question and we will sort it out.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and we will say so in the next email.
